2025 Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Now Open

Applications are open for the 2025 Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship. It’s a 6-month paid programme for Kaduna residents aged 18–35, offering data science training and real work experience. Read on for who can apply, what to expect, and how to join.

The Kaduna State Bureau of Statistics is calling for applications to its 2025 Data Science Fellowship Programme. This paid, six-month opportunity trains young people to work with data and shape better public decisions, especially in health services.

The programme is backed by the Kaduna State Government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Natview Foundation for Technology Innovation.

Since 2020, fellows have helped improve how data gets used in real-life issues. Many have supported local health centres by using numbers to solve planning problems that once went unchecked.

This is the fifth time the fellowship is running. It’s not just for learning, it’s for doing.

What You’ll Get

  • Hands-on experience with data science tools
  • A full-time, fully paid internship
  • Work on real public service projects, especially in health
  • Access to leaders in policy and tech
  • Build projects using AI and machine learning at the Amina J. Mohammed SDGs Data Lab
  • Internet data support for learning
  • A growing network of peers in the field
