
Federal Polytechnic Ilaro has opened Post-UTME registration for ND full-time courses for the 2025/2026 session. If you scored 150 or above in UTME and meet the age and subject requirements, you can apply. Keep reading for how to submit your form without errors.
Federal Polytechnic Ilaro has begun accepting applications for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening. If you’re aiming to study full-time for a National Diploma (ND), this is your starting point.
Who Can Apply?
You’re eligible if:
- You scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME
- You picked Federal Polytechnic Ilaro as your first choice
- You’re 16 years or older
Didn’t choose Ilaro as your first choice? You can still apply, but you’ll need to update your choice through JAMB’s change of course/institution portal.
How to Get the Form
Step 1: Start Online
Go to the official Ilaro Polytechnic website from Tuesday, 15th July, 2025.
Step 2: Pay the Fee
You’ll need to pay a non-refundable ₦2,000 screening fee.
Use any of the approved banks: UBA, WEMA, SKYE, UNION, Access, Zenith, or Ilaro Poly Micro-Finance Bank.
All payments go through Remita for tracking.
Step 3: Apply on the Portal
After payment:
- Visit the College Portal
- Click New Application
- Select Generate Invoice and fill in your details
- Print the invoice and pay at the bank to get your RRR number
- Return to the portal
- Use the Fill Application Form option
- Input your RRR number, then complete the form
Step 4: Upload Documents
Scan and upload:
- A clear passport photo (under 50kb)
- Your UTME result slip (check UTME result online)
- Your O’Level result(s)
- Awaiting result? No problem, just include your exam year and registration number
Once done, submit and print your Acknowledgement Slip. You’ll need this later.
Keep in Mind
- Use your personal phone number and email
- Make sure your uploaded files are clear
- Wrong or missing info could delay or block your admission
- If you’re still waiting on results, you can upload them later
