Federal Poly Offa ND Part-Time Admission Form 2025/2026

Federal Polytechnic Offa is now accepting applications for its 2025/2026 part-time ND programmes. Courses run for three years and cover fields like engineering, business, tech, and media. Read on for how to apply, entry requirements, and the deadline.

The Federal Polytechnic Offa has opened its portal for the 2025/2026 National Diploma (ND) Part-Time programmes. These are three-year courses, spread over six semesters, designed for candidates who want to study while working or managing other responsibilities.

Entry Requirements

To qualify for any of these courses, candidates must have one of the following:

  • Five O’Level credits, including English and Maths, in no more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, GCE)
  • National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with a credit pass in a trade plus four relevant academic subjects including English and Maths

How to Apply

Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Visit any JAMB office and apply under ‘Application for Admission into Part-Time Programmes’ at Federal Polytechnic Offa
  2. Pay ₦3,500 to JAMB to get your JAMB Registration Number
  3. Head to Offa Poly’s application portal
  4. Pay a ₦15,000 processing fee online using an ATM card (Interswitch supported)
  5. Complete the application form and upload your O’Level results, certificates, and other required documents
  6. Use an active personal email and make sure your name matches your documents and NIN

Screening and Document Submission

After applying:

  • Upload your credentials on the Polytechnic’s portal
  • Fill and print the security form and screening slip
  • Submit both forms in person at the Security Office on campus

Wrong or false details at any point will lead to automatic disqualification. Also, your details must appear on JAMB CAPS or your admission won’t be processed.

Application Deadline

The application portal will stay open for 8 weeks from the date of publication.
