Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) in Bayelsa State is now selling application forms for its 2025/2026 pre-degree programme under the School of Basic Studies. This is a one-year, full-time course designed to help students prepare for the 2026 UTME and qualify for admission into 100-level undergraduate courses at the university.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, you need:
- Five credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- These credits must come from not more than two sittings
- You must sit for the 2026 UTME with the right subject combination for your intended course

- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000
Application Process
- Go to the FUOTUOKE application portal
- Fill in your details
- Upload the following:
- Passport photo (JPG format)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result(s)
- Local Government Area ID letter (PDF)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF)
After Submission
Once you’ve applied online, print your acknowledgement slip and bring it with all uploaded documents to the School of Basic Studies complex, West Campus, for screening and registration.
