The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), has started selling JUPEB forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. Located in Ugbomro, Delta State, the university runs this programme for students who want to secure direct entry into 200-level degree courses.
If you’re aiming to skip 100-level and move straight into 200, JUPEB might be your path.
What Is JUPEB?
The JUPEB programme is a one-year academic course. At FUPRE, it runs from September 2025 to August 2026. After passing the final JUPEB exam, you can move into 200 level in FUPRE or any JUPEB-affiliated university, both within and outside Nigeria.
Admission Requirements
To qualify, you need:
- Five O’level credit passes, including English and subjects related to your intended course
- Your result must be out. Students awaiting results are not eligible
- You must sit for a qualifying entrance exam
If you pass, you’ll pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦50,000.
Also, you’ll need to buy the JAMB Direct Entry form to complete your move into 200 level after JUPEB.
And if you get admitted and later choose to withdraw, no refund will be given.
