New B.Sc. programmes for business-minded students

College of Petroleum Administration and Management

This college is opening four fresh degree programmes aimed at students without a science background. These are designed for those who want to lead or manage within the energy world, not necessarily work in a lab.

Available Courses:

• B.Sc. Entrepreneurship
• B.Sc. Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• B.Sc. Petroleum Information Management
• B.Sc. Procurement Management

Each course mixes real-world business knowledge with sector-specific focus. The aim? Train students to take up roles in areas like supply chain, business strategy, data, and project delivery within the energy sector.

• At least five credit passes in your O’Level exams (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), including English and Maths.
• Correct UTME subject combinations (listed below).
• A-Level, ND, or similar qualifications if you’re going through Direct Entry.

B.Sc. Biochemistry and Microbiology

• O’Level: English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics
• UTME: English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics
• Direct Entry: A-Level passes in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

B.Sc. Petroleum Chemistry

• O’Level: English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics and one other science subject
• UTME: English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics
• Direct Entry: A-Level passes in Chemistry and either Physics or Maths

College of Petroleum Administration & Management requirements

B.Sc. Petroleum Information Management

• O’Level: English, Maths, Economics, Geography, Accounting

• Direct Entry: A-Level in Management, Economics, Accounting

B.Sc. Entrepreneurship
