- Return to the portal, log in with your Application Number (Username) and Surname (Password).
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Enter your O’level results.
- Upload a passport photo (JPG, 120x120px, 20kb).
- Hit ‘Submit’ to complete the application.
- Print out your completed form.
