- Click on ‘Fresh Application’.
- Fill in your basic details.
- Hit ‘Continue’.
- Ready to pay? Click ‘Pay Now’. Not yet? Hit ‘Save & Exit’ and come back later.
- Complete your payment.
- Log back in with your Application Number (Username) and your Surname (Password).
- Fill the detailed form.
- Input your O’level results.
- Upload a passport photo (JPG, 120x120px, 20kb).
- Hit ‘Submit’ to finish.
- Don’t forget to print your completed form.
