Who Can Apply?
To apply, you’ll need:
5 credit passes, including English and Maths, in WASSCE/NECO/GCE or equivalent
PGD applicants must hold a minimum of a first degree or HND (merit)
Master’s degree applicants need at least a second class lower from a recognised university
Ph.D. applicants must hold a Master’s degree with at least 60% or 4.00 CGPA
Got a lower CGPA? You may still be considered for a transitional M.A./Ph.D. track.
Academic transcripts must be sent directly from your former school to the postgraduate office.
All applicants must pass the Postgraduate Entry Screening (PES).
Extra Routes
Transfer students are welcome with a CGPA of 2.5 on a 4-point scale (or 4.0 on a 5-point scale).
Visiting students can also apply with permission from their home university and official transcripts.
Tuition and Fees
Application fee: ₦12,500 for Master’s, ₦25,000 for Ph.D.
Tuition is paid before the start of each session. Options for semester, quarterly or monthly payment may apply.
