JOSTUM [FUAM] Post UTME / DE Screening Form 2025/2026

Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi (formerly FUAM), has begun screening for the 2025/2026 admission session. The form is for candidates who made the university their first choice and scored 150 or more in UTME.

If you fall into that group, here’s how to get started.

Who Can Apply?

You must:

• Choose JOSTUM as your first choice during UTME
• Score at least 150
• Be ready to upload your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS at any CBT centre

This also applies to Direct Entry (DE) candidates.

How to Register

Step 1: Pay the Application Fee

• Amount: ₦2,000 (bank charges not included)
• You can pay through:
  • ATM card
  • USSD
  • Bank transfer
• All payment options are available through Remita via the university portal

After payment, collect a Payment Slip. It contains:

• Your JAMB number (used as username)
• Your payment PIN (used as password)

Step 2: Fill the Online Form

1. Go to the JOSTUM Portal
2. Use your JAMB number as Username
3. Enter your PIN from the payment slip as Password
4. Fill out the Post-UTME/DE registration form
5. Make sure all your details are correct
6. Print the completed registration form

What to Upload

Every applicant must upload their O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) to JAMB CAPS. If you skip this, you won’t be considered for admission.

You can do this at:

• The nearest JAMB office
• Any accredited CBT centre
