Kwara State Polytechnic is now accepting applications for its new ODFeL National Diploma programmes for the 2025/2026 session. This article covers the available courses, admission requirements, and how to apply before the 31st July deadline.
Kwara State Polytechnic has received the go-ahead from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to run its Open, Distance, Flexible and e-Learning (ODFeL) programmes. With this, the school now welcomes applications for its two-year National Diploma (ND) courses under the ODFeL platform for the 2025/2026 academic year.
These courses allow students to study without being physically present on campus, giving more room for flexibility, especially for those balancing school with work or family.

The following courses are currently open under the ODFeL stream:
Accountancy
Business Administration and Management
Computer Science
Library and Information Science
Marketing
Mass Communication
Public Administration
Quantity Surveying
Science Laboratory Technology
Admission Requirements
To qualify, you need:
Five O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings
Three other subjects must be connected to your chosen course
Before applying, check the institution’s prospectus or get a printed version to confirm your eligibility for a specific course.
