His demise was announced in a post on social media handle on Tuesday 23th April, 2024 by a movie producer, Stanley Nwoko.

I regret to announce the passing on a veteran actor. Late Mr Zulu Adibe. What caused his death yet to be reviewed. Rest in peace Good actor,” he wrote.

The veteran actor was buried in Abuja after a Funeral Mass at St. Pauls Catholic Church, Phase III, Gwagwalada in Abuja. Fellow actors like Hanks Anuku, Benedict Johnson Zack Orji and Emeka Rollas the AGN president where in attendance to condoled with the family of Late Joseph Zulu Adigwe.
